Sanctions / enforcement: FCA warning published 23 October 2025 against 'Blofin Ext / Blofinext' (www.blofinext.com) as a firm that may be providing or promoting financial services without FCA permission; the relationship of that domain to blofin.com is not established. BloFin's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice were both retrieved and neither names an incorporated entity, registration number, or registered address; the Privacy Notice simply says 'BloFin is the data controller'. Governing law and arbitration are Hong Kong (HKIAC), which is a contractual choice, not a licence. The Terms expressly state BloFin is not regulated by Dubai's VARA and cannot serve UAE residents - a self-declared exclusion rather than a regulatory finding.
